Our Teen Titans Programme is designed to train young people aged 11 - 15 in the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Are you looking to get your teen involved in martial arts?
Look no further than our Teen Titans Programme at Talos Grappling. The programme is open to young people aged 11 - 15 in Belfast, Lisburn & Dunmurry.
The programme specialises in teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, which is a great way to get active and learn practical techniques for self defense.
In Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, you'll learn how to use leverage and technique to control an opponent, even if they're bigger and stronger than you. This makes it a great choice for anyone who wants to feel confident and in control in any situation.
But it's not just about self-defense - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is also a fantastic workout! You'll build strength, endurance, and flexibility, all while having fun and making new friends.
No, our classes are designed for all experience levels. Most of our students starts with no prior experience. You will be taught exercises and techniques appropriate for your skill level.
The programme is open to young people aged 11- 15.

The Teen Titans course is designed to help young people develop independence, which is a key lesson to learn in martial arts (self-defence). As such, parents do not need to supervise classes.

From the moment you step into our building, you will be met with a supportive and inclusive environment of instructors and fellow students who want you to succeed.
Because students regularly spar each other in class, you may be surprised to learn just how strong the friendships in our BJJ classes are. Jiu Jitsu teaches young people the thrill of winning as well as the humility of losing, and we make sure our students respect each other throughout all the highs and lows of their training.
